To replace an item and to see what self-service options are available:
- Go to Your Orders and select beside the item you want to replace.
- Select the item that you want to replace and select a reason from theReason for return menu.
Returning items with personal data
Remove any passwords and personal data contained in it before returning it. Remove personal accessories not originally included with the item, for example, cases or external memory cards purchased separately.
