Track Your Package

1. Go toYour Ordersand select the order you want to cancel.
2. SelectCancel items
   Note:Forseller orders, you seeRequest Cancellation. If you no longer seeRequest Cancellation, contact the seller for instructions. Go toContact Third-Party Sellers.
3. Select the check box of the item that you want to remove from the order. To cancel the entire order, select all of the items.
4. SelectCancel selected items in this orderwhen finished.

Confirm that your order is cancelled

After submitting the cancellation, you'll receive a confirmation message on the screen. You'll also receive a message in theMessage CenterinYour Account.

You also confirm that the order was canceled by visiting theCanceled Orderssection inYour Orders.

Cancel itemsis not available

If you do not seeCancel itemsbesides the order you want to cancel, Amazon may have already shipped it. Go toYour Ordersand selectTrack package, and thenCancel this delivery.

If this option is not available, refuse the package or return it usingourOnline Returns Center.

Cancel discounted bundled items

Discounted bundles allow customers to purchase multiple items or groups of items at a discounted price. You can not cancel items purchased as part of a discounted bundle individually. If you cancel any item that is part of the bundle, all remaining bundle items that haven't shipped will be canceled.
